The platform is intended for Canadian students ages 14 to 18, verified employers and organizations, and partner schools.
Users agree to: provide accurate information, respect all other users, not send inappropriate or fraudulent content.
Employers agree to comply with all applicable labour laws, including those concerning minor workers.
In Quebec, youth under 16 cannot work more than 17 hours per week during the school year.
MonGig acts as an intermediary between students and employers. We are not party to employment contracts.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms of use, without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.
